We recommend anyone new to the Creative Metal Clay family to start out using Creative Copper Clay. This is a very easy medium to work with and the final look of both clays is very similar. The copper however, also creates less fire-scale and can achieve a high shine finish look compared to that of bronze.

What is bronze?

Bronze was initially invented to create tools stronger than copper and less brittle than tin. As a result Bronze is actually approximately 90% copper and 10% tin. This is why the final look of Bronze is so similar to that of copper. For further information on Creative Bronze and Creative Copper clays please see our 'Q & A' tab.
